Bellabeat is looking for several experienced Performance Marketers to join our team and continue our digital growth in a global context. As the media space becomes increasingly competitive for reach, so does the race to market with interesting, engaging and brand building messages and concepts.

Job description

This position is a part of the Growth Team. You will be an active part of multidisciplinary teams and will define and lead the overall direct response marketing strategy consisting of integrated online and offline campaigns against brand, sales and retention objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Digital/Online Marketing or related fields
  • 3+ years experience in online/digital marketing, performance marketing
  • Deep expertise in Google Adwords and Doubleclick Search, and working knowledge across other digital channels including: Facebook, Doubleclick, Twitter, affiliate marketing, programmatic display, influencer marketing, remarketing, mobile, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong interest in the SoundCloud user, product, and market position


  • Supporting the testing, development, and execution of digital marketing initiatives that directly impact brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement/retention, subscriber conversion, and churn.
  • Building out paid search as a key channel for subscriber growth including creating and optimizing campaigns in Google Adwords.
  • Constant analysis of data to identify areas of improvement/optimization and to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Growing existing campaigns across digital channels, while creatively iterating and testing ideas to continually scale and improve performance against KPIs.
  • Generating regular (weekly and monthly) performance reports for distribution within the marketing team and broader organization.
  • Expanding performance marketing efforts in key international markets.
  • Collaborating with the broader Marketing organization (in particular, lifecycle and growth marketing), as well as with key internal stakeholders across the Product, Communications, Legal, and Content teams to drive maximum integration of all digital marketing initiatives.
